This visit focuses on preparation and clarity as you approach birth. Together, we will:

  • Create a personalized birth and early postpartum plan

  • Review signs of labor and what the process may look and feel like

  • Discuss how Hannah will support you during labor and birth

  • Practice comfort techniques, movement, and labor positioning

  • Include partners or support people as desired

  • Hold space for questions about pregnancy, birth, recovery, and newborn care

Late-Pregnancy Check-In

36-Week Visit · 45 minutes · Virtual or In-Office

This session helps tie everything together as birth approaches. We’ll focus on:

  • Recognizing early labor patterns and preparing for decision-making

  • Reviewing strategies that may support baby’s positioning

  • Confirming timing and plans for when Hannah will join you

  • Discussing immediate postpartum needs and expectations

Birth Support

Up to 20 hours of continuous in-person support

Hannah will join you at the onset of active labor and remain with you through birth, offering:

  • Calm emotional support and steady reassurance

  • Hands-on comfort measures and guidance throughout labor

  • Advocacy aligned with your preferences and care plan

Postpartum Check-In

1 In-Home Visit · Up to 1 hour

This visit focuses on early adjustment and reassurance, and may include:

  • Feeding questions and practical guidance

  • Education on normal newborn behaviors and cues

  • Space to reflect on and process your birth experience

  • Referrals to trusted local resources and community support

  • Education on recognizing signs of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders
