After you schedule your consultation, you will receive an email with a short intake form. This form asks a few questions to help Hannah learn more about you, your pregnancy, and what you’re hoping for prior to your meeting. Completing the form ahead of time allows your consultation to be more intentional, supportive, and personalized.

That said, families reach out at all stages — from pre-conception and those beginning IVF, to late pregnancy, and even during active labor in the hospital. If you’re considering support, it’s always worth reaching out to see what’s possible.
