In this focused visit, we’ll build your birth and postpartum vision and make sure you feel confident heading into labor. We’ll:

Talk through how labor typically progresses and what common experiences feel like
Discuss the specific kinds of support you want from your doula
Practice comfort techniques and positioning that can ease labor
Involve your partner or support person in preparation
Leave room to answer your questions about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum life
In-Home Prenatal Visit
1 Visit · 60–90 minutes
This session brings our support into your home and focuses on practical readiness:
Review early labor cues and ways to recognize them
Explore strategies for baby positioning and comfort at home
Practice coping tools and movement that can support labor
Confirm plans for when and how your doula will join you
Talk through initial postpartum planning for your recovery space and rhythms
Birth Support
Up to 24 Hours of Continuous In-Person Care
When labor begins, Hannah will be with you — offering steady, responsive support that helps you:
Stay grounded and comfortable throughout labor
Use hands-on and hands-off comfort strategies
Communicate your needs and preferences with your care team
Support your partner in their role if desired
This support continues through birth and into the early moments after your baby is born.
Early Postpartum Visits
2 Visits · Up to 90 minutes each · In-Home
Once your baby arrives, these visits help you transition with confidence and care. Support may include:
Practical feeding guidance and weighted feeds if useful
Comfort recommendations for your postpartum recovery
Conversations about your birth experience and emotional well-being
Newborn sleep information and caregiving support
